Refund policy

A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Berlin Stylist GbR, Proskauer Straße 19, 10247 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 03064825496, E-Mail: shop@findvintagebeauty.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

"You bear the direct costs of returning the goods."

"You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling them in a manner that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, characteristics, and functioning."

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
